Dance teacher becomes siren, calling you deeper into your body and wonderment, using evocative movement invitations, leading into live band and song performance. From subtle to not so subtle movements, we find ourselves playing in the relationship between the imaginal and the tangible, conjuring a realm of gentle and vivid sensory experiences. This guided movement and energy exploration workshop transitions into live band concert, where continued movement or audience listening is welcome. Be prepared to fall in love with yourself as ripening leaves fall October to its end.
